  • You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., CV, bio, photo).

  • By uploading, you grant FluidTech Hub a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content for the platform’s operations, including employer viewing.

6. Employer & Job Seeker Conduct

  • Employers: Agree not to misuse candidate information for unauthorized outreach or beyond legitimate hiring purposes.

  • Job Seekers: Represent that all submitted information is accurate. Fraudulent or deceptive profiles may be removed.

7. Communication

Employers can contact candidates directly (e.g., via WhatsApp or email) without the need for profile downloads or external requests.

8. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. FluidTech Hub is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is.” FluidTech Hub disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluidTech Hub and its affiliates aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • To enable communication between employers and job seekers.

  • To send relevant notifications or updates.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • Internal Sharing: Among relevant staff to maintain and support the service.

  • With Employers: Candidate profiles are accessible only to employers within the site.

  • No Third-Party Selling: User data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties.

4. User Control

  • You can access and update your profile and settings.

  • Job Seekers can delete their profiles; Employers can remove job listings.
